The Channelside Entertainment Complex has been the center of Tampa's downtown waterfront development since it was opened in 2001. During 2010, a new parking garage near the Tampa Aquarium, Port Authority Cruise Line and the Amalie Arena (concert and hockey venue) was built. Landscape and irrigation plans were prepared for this uniquely design garage with meandering streetscape and a large overhanging canopy. Project Cost: $17 million.
