Our design staff has extensive experience in high-visibility public and private use facilities.  The completion of projects for such clients as Walt Disney World, FedEx, Volvo International, Florida Department of Transportation, U.S. Central Command Headquarters at MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa International Airport, University of South Florida and numerous local governments exemplifies our staff’s diverse experience. 

Our sustainable design concepts include xeriscape design, solar powered irrigation controllers, recycled products, and innovative uses of native plantings.  We also have experience in developing LEED certified landscape and irrigation plans. L.A. Design was founded in 1994 and is owned and managed by Rachel Rodgers, a registered landscape architect.  She takes an active role in all projects acting as the project manager and lead design professional.  Our experience in resort and recreational projects, commercial and governmental developments and various streetscapes and roadway projects has given L.A.
